Shipping & Delivery Information
All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1 business day of receiving payment. Every order includes a tracking number, so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
Shipping Costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the size/weight of the item. If you believe the shipping fee is too high, please contact us before making payment so we can review and potentially adjust the cost.
Large Items (Over 30kg)
Items weighing over 30 kg must be shipped on a pallet to a commercial address with a forklift or to a nearby courier depot.
Please note: Shipping for large items is not automatically calculated at checkout.

While we do our best to ensure fast and safe delivery, we cannot prevent occasional delays or damage during transit by courier services. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
